A new 40 - unit building in the heart of Washington DC’s Shaw neighborhood, located in the Shaw and Naylor Court Historic Districts.

All dwelling units have ample access to natural light and views. Penthouse units boast roof decks at the front and rear of the building.

Building includes a passenger elevator, green roofs and various other Green Building Design measures.
