The term ‘architextual’ essentially means the hidden structure of text, its larger framework. Conversely, we believe each project has a hidden text and tells a unique story. It starts with who our clients are and their goals for the project and includes the site conditions and inherent characteristics of the property. Our role is to give structure to that base text and transform it into a narrative that synthesizes the various project constraints in a way that allows that text to remain legible.
