normanstone renovation

Status: COMPLETE

A classic Washington DC center hall colonial home is given new life through a carefully planned renovation. Its readiness for family life was increased by adding a mud-room, two additional bedrooms and a laundry room on the second floor (previously a very large primary suite). Natural light, quality of spaces, flow, access to views of Rock Creek Park throughout the main level were also important goals.
