Status: NEARING COMPLETION

A new 24-unit building in NE Washington DC. Located in a park-like wedge-shaped lot with streets on all 3-sides, this building is the focal point of its surroundings. It was designed to avoid damaging a heritage tree on the site, while maximizing its potential in terms of GBA and number of units.

All units have ample access to light, air, and views. The project scope includes several Green Building initiatives, including renewable energy.
